Swim Class

Today was our first swim class and let me say I think we are going to be spending a lot of time at the pool this summer. Owen was beyond excited. While we walked down the hall to the pool he kept chanting “water, water!”. He was moving very quickly to get to the pool. Usually he will sit and wait to be allowed to go somewhere, but not this morning. After getting him ready, he was trying to pull me to the pool. There were tons of smiles and giggles once we finally got in the water. He tries to kick his feet but still not interested in blowing bubbles. He likes when I blow bubbles, but he just puts his mouth to the water and laughs. I think his favorite part was splashing himself and me. Being that I can’t get pictures of us in the swim class, here’s Owen before in swim trunks and shark shirt (he is carrying the bear stickers he was tearing off his bear hat).
